The Houston home sales rose in September but experts say this should be taken with caution because the housing market suffered a decline last year because of damage caused by hurricane ike. The president of the Association of Real Estate Brokers in Houston, Vicky Fullerton, said that in some cases the annual comparison is not fair. Fullerton said they have begun to see positive indicators and emerging from the housing market crisis
