
The smallest host city competition, Polokwane will host the Group A matches. Peter Mokaba Stadium, located just south of the Central Business District, is ready for the fair to be improved.
The Afrikaners (historical Germanic ethnic group) has been influential in the area and its language is mostly spoken is heard in the streets. The area is rich in agricultural products and have excellent animal husbandry in the region and offers a wide range of crops: coffee, cotton and corn. With a large number of natural reserves and natural parks in the region has an abundant supply of housing in both the city and its surroundings.

There are services to Pretoria (3 hours, 30 minutes), Johannesburg (4 hours, 30 minutes). There are also international services to Harare, Zimbabwe (12 hours) and Lusaka, Zambia (24 hours).
